I wanted to try out my new technical diving gear, and somehow managed to convince brave Seamus that the water would not be too cold for a wet suit dive, by telling him I had been out diving in a wet suit until a few days before. What I did not mention: There was a really good reason why I spent a fortune on a new dry suit just a short while before, and it wasn't the warm water (note it's winter here). 
Just as we were about to head out to the dive site, Megan turned up at the dive center. And since she wanted to try out her new dry suit (Seamus got a bit suspicious about my earlier claims at this point) we took her along.
Somehow I managed to look relatively relaxed while my girlfriend Claire took these pictures, despite the roughly 60kg of gear I was carrying.
